Credit Card Refund Policy
Our menu features our own delicious, innovative version of your favorite Mexican dishes, including salads, soups, tacos, burritos, plates, and so much more. Online orders may be placed for in-store pickup or delivery. Please check with us for available delivery services.
Online credit card transactions cannot be refunded or voided through this website. Once an order is submitted to Molcajete Cocina Mexicana restaurant, any requests for refunds shall be resolved at, and is the sole responsibility of, the Molcajete Cocina Mexicana restaurant at which the order was placed, and must be done inmediatly after placing/receiving the order.No Refunds and only replacement of food is available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
A guest shall request a food exchange from the manager/owner at the Molcajete Cocina Mexicana restaurant by contacting US directly either in person or over the phone or email. The original receipt must accompany all Exchange requests and any credit cardholder must present a valid ID for all credit card transactions. A cash refund will not be provided. In certain cases, we may offer a guest a store credit in the dollar amount of such refund. Any transactions shall occur in US dollars only.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our transport layer security software (TLS) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. All pages on this website that transmit sensitive data use TLS encryption.
Customers who constantly make claims
